Web-based Reporting on Inventory and Order Status
CorpComContact, our web-hosted list management system, offers on-demand reports that keep you informed on the status of your Literature Fulfillment/Warehouse account. Counts of orders by region, sales office, document, date range or other factors are available online. All reports are available both in screen-view and paper output to your printer. Eleven types of reports are available including Quantity in Stock, Document Request Summary by month and quarter, Requests by Source of Order and Back Order Report.
Assigned Fulfillment Manager
Your assigned fulfillment manager provides reports, data entry and special handling. This manager becomes an extension of your operation, familiar with your documents and distribution requirements.
Pictures of Documents on Literature Order Screens
Both internal and external users of your web-form may be presented with pictures of the documents you may available for fulfillment. We provide all the programming and graphic insertions.
Personalized Print-on-Demand Responses
Custom cover letters may be laser personalized for inclusion with literature kit fulfillments. Personalization may utilize any data maintained in the CorpComContact database including:
- Name and address of recipient
- Documents included in shipment
- Name of branch or channel partner
- Name of salesperson or account rep
Digital Print-on-Demand of Documents for Fulfillment
Your news releases, flyers, price lists and bulletins may be stored electronically for digital printing on demand when you receive the literature request. This allows you to maintain a large document list without the need for physical warehousing.
Integration with Lead Management and Channel Marketing Solutions
The Literature Fulfillment Service is tailored for seamless operation with our Lead Routing Management and Channel Partner Marketing programs. Your defined decision rules tell the system which leads to route to the right channel partners. Fulfillment kit cover letters may be laser-personalized to reference a designated channel partner and individual sales person. Leads also become part of the CorpComContact database, coded for access by the relevant channel partner and salesperson.
Management reporting with both online and upon-demand paper-based reports keep you up-to-date on lead status, literature order status, new lead counts by date intervals and inventory usage and balances.
