Channel Marketing - Three Level Database Access

CorpComContact gives branch offices, channel partners, dealers and individual sales reps access to their respective sales leads while the enterprise maintains overall control of the list company-wide for mass mailings, email broadcast and personalized letter campaigns.  Your centralized CRM database is shared by channel partners or branches, but limits access to their respective contacts.

Three levels of access to the database are allowed:
    Enterprise Access to all accounts and contacts
    Channel Access to names belonging to partner
    Salesperson Sales rep can access his or her list only

Enterprise Superset Database
Corporate marketing may access subordinate databases for counts and statistics.  Administrator utilities define database permissions granted to dealers and channel partners and sales personnel.

Database Levels for Branches and Sales Reps
Channel partners may further subdivide the database for their reps.  Each rep has access to only their own list, but can easily update and reach their contacts.

Query Library Makes Easy Selections by Sales Personnel and Channel Partners
Filter query definitions may be created, named and stored for each salesperson thus making it easy for the user to bring a list limited to their specific contacts only to the screen, print in a report or target for a broadcast.  Queries relevant at the partner level may also similarly be maintained.  The query engine is designed for use by non-technical personnel and uses point-and-click methods to build multi-field, multiple criteria filters. 

Partner Web Sites Linked to Fulfillment Mail
Multiple links to channel partner web sites may be set-up for literature fulfillment programs.  Visitors click to request material or join opt-in email lists.  CorpComContact email notifies the channel partner, the designated salesperson and if desired, the recipient.

Same-day Mailing and Personalized Laser Letters – Customized for Channel Partners and Sales Reps
CCC facilities provide inkjet addressing, laser personalized letters, offset printing and mass mail.  Direct mail campaigns may be conducted enterprise-wide with customization and identification provided for each channel partner and sales reps.  Each partner and each one of their sales reps are personalized into the mailing.  Custom insert contents and personalized laser imaging can be employed for sales-person specific impact.
