Account level and contact level data fields
Account information includes the company or organization name, type of business,
organization address and other data that pertains directly to the company. Contact
information describes each individual at each account. CorpComContact’s relational
database allows multiple contacts at each account.
Detail view and listing view
You have two ways to view accounts and individual contacts. The detail view shows
a single record at a time and displays all fields pertaining to the account or contact.
The line by line listing view displays an entire page of records at a time.
Fields to track your data
Optimized for web access, CorpComContact lets you organize your lists by departments,
territories, products or any other criteria. Predefined fields include Lead Source,
Owner, Creation Date, Last Modified Date, Contact Status, Industry, SIC Code, Region,
etc. Each contact and each account has a wealth of fields for multiple phone numbers,
pagers and addresses. Date fields can be used to trigger phased mailings, faxes
or emails to marketing prospects at desired intervals.
"Group" table for user-defined fields
An innovative relational table structure allows you to establish many user-defined
fields. Group and sub-group tables let you define new fields and the data that goes
into the fields. For example, you could define a field to be called "occupation"
and the related entries could be analyst, broker, portfolio manager, etc. By predefining
these entries users may enter them with a single click. Contacts may be a member
of more than one group.

Multi-level password security for individuals, workgroups and administrators
Administration of CorpComContact by non-technical users is easy. Designate a person
in your group to be your administrator and they assign User Names and Passwords
to each user. Each user has the ability to change their password. Administrators
have access to all user names, passwords and permission levels. Users may be granted
various levels of permission. The administrator menu allows you to define which
users may do the following:
- Search for and view accounts and contacts
- Add, change and delete accounts and contacts
- Execute email broadcasts, fax broadcasts and mailing work orders and
- Add or change user-defined fields

Nightly data backup with copies available via CD-ROM, FTP or diskette
Your data is safeguarded by a rigorous nightly backup schedule. Full system backups
are done weekly and we archive monthly backups in a separate facility for one year.
If desired you may receive backup copies on CD-rom, diskette or FTP.
Calendar, appointments, reminders, activity tracking
Plan future events with an integrated calendar with daily, monthly or yearly views.
When you log an event into the calendar, such as a meeting or sales call, you may
schedule a reminder to be generated at a date of your choosing. Calendar events
also display on an activity tracking and history section of the contact detail screen.
Comments
You may type in free-form comments at either the account or contact detail view.
Import and Export
A File Management module provides a convenient way to import and export data with
Corporate Communications Center, Inc. For example, you may want to download list
files from CorpComContact into your system, upload fax images for fax broadcasts
or text for email broadcasts.
Reports
Database reports show information concerning your list. Seven types of reports may
be generated for the entire list or for a sub-set of records selected by a filter
query. The detailed Account and Contact reports show most of the database fields.
The Address and Phone listing reports are more concise to display more records per
page. List count reports break out your list in a variety of cross-sections.
List queries, multiple field searches and sorts are fast and easy
Queries allow you to select sets of names from the database. A simple, yet powerful
query menu allows you to specify the fields and field values desired for the query.
You click on the first field desired, then click on the field values you want to
match. Additional fields and values may be clicked for multi-field queries. Searches
are executed using the "Search Database" menu, from which you enter a particular
account (company), contact last name, first name, phone number, fax number or email
address.
Order submission/job control software for distribution services
Secure, password protected order entry menus allow you to initiate fax and email
broadcasts and submit and describe mailing and personalized laser letter jobs to
Corporate Communications Center's production facilities in Dallas, Houston and Chicago.
