Fax Service Representatives are on call to handle your jobs: Call in your instructions, fax your
document and we do the rest. If desired, an assigned representative will maintain your list by
handling all additions, changes and deletions, plus, you have on-line, web access to your list via
our CorpComContact software.

Internet web-access gives you secure control of your broadcast. Friendly user prompts allow you
to specify the list, time of broadcast (or "send immediate"), cover sheet control, recipient additions,
customer reference and fax header control.

Selections from the list may be executed by your assigned fax manager or from your office using our
web-based CorpComContact software. Our unique system gives you the ability to access and query your
database either by our staff or yours. Thus you can choose to have your CCC account representative
select names and categories for fax broadcast or make the selections from your office directly over
the Internet.

| Custom cover sheets with your logo |
|
Your artwork, text and logo can be scanned and stored as your ready to go fax cover page. It
lists the recipient's name, company name, number of fax pages in the document and the date.
If you choose not to use a cover page we will still list at the top of every fax page the
recipients name, date and page number.

| Detailed completion report |
|
At the end of each broadcast you receive a completion report listing the names, fax numbers and
time of both delivered and undeliverable fax destinations. The report is sent directly to your
fax machine, or optionally to your e-mail address.

| Retry dialing and follow-up broadcasts |
|
In the case of a busy signal from any destination fax machine, the number is automatically redialed
up to six times at two and one-half minute intervals. During certain business days, some fax
machines may be busy more often than usual. Accordingly, we can do a second follow-up broadcast to
the remainder list of uncompleted or "busy-signal" calls. You will receive a completion report on
the follow-up broadcast. Software detection allows us to avoid redials or follow-up broadcasts
to numbers answered by a person rather than a fax machine.

| Database may integrate fax and e-mail lists |
You have a variety of ways to maintain your lists. One option is to use our
CorpComContact
software which makes the list accessible to you over a secure web connection.
With a second option, your List Manager will data enter all your changes which are submitted to
us by fax, mail or e-mail. Under a third option you maintain the list on your own system and
e-mail the desired broadcast list to us prior to your fax or e-mail transmission. Our system
department programmers can read a wide variety of file formats.
In any of the three cases, we can do the final selections at CCC to transmit to the fax addresses
and e-mail addresses by their respective mediums. Additionally, we can provide same-day printing
and mailing via US Mail for those names not coded for fax or e-mail.

| Personalized letter-style fax merge capability |
|
Variables such as name, title and company name may be merged into your fax document to place
it in the form of a personalized letter. Data fields such as dollar amounts, locations, category
codes and so on may also be merged into the appropriate insertion locations within the fax document.
